Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Amberjack Candle Company, 5a Willoughby Street, Paeroa 3600, New Zealand.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 7:00pm NZT on Wednesday [23rd September 2026] until 11:59pm NZT on Sunday [27th September 2026].
To enter, customers must purchase an eligible Amberjack Blind Box during the Promotion Period.
Each Blind Box order equals one entry into the draw.
3. Delayed Shipping
All orders containing eligible Blind Boxes purchased during the Promotion Period will be held and will not be shipped until after the prize draw on Monday [28th September 2026].
This allows Amberjack to conduct the draw and place winning stickers on the six winning Blind Boxes before orders are dispatched.
4. Prize Draw
On Monday [28th September 2026], all eligible entries will be entered into a random draw and six (6) winning entries will be selected.
Winners will be notified by receiving their Blind Box with a winning sticker attached.
Each winning sticker contains a unique code that can be redeemed on the prize collection page at www.amberjack.co.nz/colletions/blind-box-prizes
5. Prizes
There are six (6) prizes, with a combined approximate retail value of NZD $5,000.
Each winner is entitled to select one prize from the prizes remaining available at the time they redeem their winning code.
Prizes are allocated on a first come, first served basis, with only one of each prize available. Once a prize has been claimed, it will no longer be available for selection.
Amberjack does not guarantee that a particular prize will still be available when a winner redeems their code.
6. Claiming a Prize
Each winning code can only be used once.
Once a prize has been selected and the redemption process completed, the selection is final and cannot be changed or swapped.
Winning codes must be redeemed by [Monday 5th October].
7. Eligibility
The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent purchases are not eligible.
8. General
The six winners will be selected randomly. The odds of winning depend on the total number of Blind Box orders placed during the Promotion Period.
Amberjack reserves the right to verify entries and winning codes and to reject any entry or claim that is fraudulent, duplicated, tampered with or otherwise breaches these Terms.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Amberjack Candle Company’s Privacy Policy.
This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
