All products are made at our Paeroa factory and sent using NZ Couriers within New Zealand, or DHL Express to Australia. Target delivery times are overnight for North Island, 2 days for South Island, and slightly longer for any Rural Delivery addresses. We can't ship to PO Boxes.

Website orders are processed at 8am weekdays - any orders received after 8am will be sent the following day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be packaged and shipped out on Monday.

We offer North Island shipping at $6 and South Island at $8. NZ Orders over $120 receive free-shipping nationwide. DHL Express shipping to Australia is $19 NZD with a target delivery of 3 days. Orders over $175 NZD ship free to Australia.
