Shipping...

All of our products are hand-crafted in small batches at our Paeroa studio and sent around New Zealand using Courierpost.

Target delivery times are 1-3 days for towns and cities, and slightly longer for any Rural Delivery addresses.  

Website orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends). Any orders placed over the weekend will be packaged and shipped out on Monday.

We currently offer flat rate shipping for $4.50 per order, with more options to be added soon.

Note:  We do our best to have all items available at all times for website orders, however if any item ordered is sold out, there may be a delay of another day or so to allow us time to create your order, before it can be shipped.  We will notify you of this when we process your order so you don't experience any unexpected delays!

International Shipping...

We don't yet have International Shipping available on our website, however if you are located outside of NZ and would still like to place an order, please contact us at help@amberjack.co.nz, so we can try and arrange shipping for you!

Returns...

We are confident you will love your Amberjack purchase, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know so we can help - email: help@amberjack.co.nz.  

We use glass packaging for our products, this is carefully packaged for delivery using bubble wrap and cardboard wrapping.  If you do receive any item that has been broken in transit, please let us know so we can arrange a replacement for you.
